CMD Group focuses on developing the leadership qualities and abilities of your team members, using analytics to discover individual strengths and areas for development. Our approach is tailored to each business that we work with,  and is delivered in a blended format – mixing 1-1 Leadership Coaching sessions with any required training.

We have developed a powerful approach to Leadership Development that deals specifically with your business needs while addressing each person as an individual.

The unique aspect of working with CMD Group is that we recognise different personal traits and characteristics can either help or hinder a person’s leadership effectiveness. As such we use data driven  Harrison Assesment’s  SmartQuestionnaire to provide a deep dive into the behaviours that make leaders successful.

 1-1 Leadership Coaching facilitates  awareness, discussion and actions required. The sessions are focused on specific traits and behaviours relative to successful leaders in business. Our data is so tailored to the individual that we can accurately determine a person’s behavioural traits. This is essential, as behaviours can make or break a leader or the organisation.

Building on this foundation, we can also create specific courses from our extensive suite of learning content. This learning may be through our online platform or in class, supported with an ITOL accredited tutor. We can apply individual and team coaching to develop your team further – encouraging leadership development and a positive culture .

As your Leadership Development Programme is bespoke to your specific needs, we start with an assessment of individual team members through our comprehensive online questionnaire.  

We use this data to develop the individual strengths with 1-1 Leadership Coaching so that they can develop into the role of effective Leader within your Business.

This coaching is based on the framework of Harrison Assessments, and hits straight to the core of an individual’s strengths and possible derailing behaviour | traits. Through this format we have witnessed the growth and development of cohesive business teams.

We further support development, where necessary, with bespoke courses through  our suite of learning content. This training can be delivered through an online platform or in-class, depending on needs and suitability.
