CMD Group delivered our first bespoke Leadership programme in 2019/2020. Chris, Brenda and their team guided us every step of the way with funding support, programme needs analysis and module design. They then delivered a programme that was superior in quality to any other Leadership programme I have worked on or participated in. Every one of the Secto managers that participated found the programme and personal coaching both positively challenging and very rewarding. The learning transfer was immediate and behavioural changes by the managers who took part were also extremely positive.
